The POP is our own build in Tijuana. We have lit and dark fiber
crossing from San Ysidro to Tijuana. We have multiple points of
connection within Tijuana with our NOC in the Cosmopolitan tower.
Currently im crossing 200gigabits with plenty of dark fiber for more
or IRU sales.

Suena bien, pero entonces. ¿Además de buscar marcianos este amigo Norman
Joseph renta fibra oscura entre Tijuana y  Los Angeles?

Edmundo, puedes incluir los datos de contacto del amigo Norman para
consultarle  cual es el POP de Tijuana donde llegan. Con el forward se
